What is Gann Square of 9?
W.D. Gann arranged numbers in a spiral square so that price, time, and angle relate through the square root. Traders mark the current quote on the wheel and read support and resistance at fixed degree increments—typically every 45°—around the square root of price.
This free tool applies the common √price ± (degrees/360) formula for Indian indices and equities, and shows a live excerpt of the classic clockwise spiral grid.
How to use this tool
Enter the last traded price or the previous close for your symbol (Nifty, Bank Nifty, or a stock).
Use the degree-based table for intraday targets and stops; compare with your chart’s swing structure before acting.
The highlighted cell is the spiral value nearest your input; cardinal neighbors often act as minor reaction levels on the wheel.
